Rochford is proud to supply Tour Of Duty 2010 with a Premium Rochford Latitude Fortified Cabernet. Vintage NV from 100% Yarra Valley Fruit, this wine shows developed colour with a brick red hue. The palate is concentrated and complex offering a balance of soft tannins and acidity with a warm spirit finish. This unique wine is ready to drink now and will cellar indefinitely. Single vineyard fruit harvested in 2002, this wine has been allowed to develop in French and American Oak for 7 years. Blended together the wine has undergone fortification using grape spirit and has been sweetened naturally, before being given fining and filtration.
